In the heart of Nigeria, a transformative movement began in 2019 when five passionate individuals embarked on their first mission trip to Ugbakoko in Northern Cross River State. This humble beginning marked the birth of Mission Titus, an organization dedicated to mobilizing and equipping the next generation of mission leaders for the final harvest.
A Vision Rooted in Biblical Values
Drawing inspiration from the Matthew 25 ministry model, Mission Titus operates on three fundamental values that shape every aspect of their work. Compassion drives them to engage with people, problems, and places through empathy and practical love. Service motivates them to channel resources effectively for the benefit of missions, missionaries, and mission helpers. Trustworthiness ensures they maintain transparency and integrity in all their operations.
From Local Roots to Global Impact
What started as a single mission trip has blossomed into a dynamic ministry reaching across Nigeria, with aspirations to expand throughout Africa, the Global South, and eventually, the entire world. Since its inception, Mission Titus has mobilized approximately 50 mission helpers and conducted impactful mission trips across five Nigerian states. Their annual Christmas gift initiative brings joy and support to missionary families, demonstrating their commitment to caring for those on the frontlines of ministry.
Programs That Transform Lives
Mission Titus operates through several innovative programs designed to support and strengthen the global mission movement:
Mission Trips: Hands-On Kingdom Work
Their signature short-term mission trips provide direct support to missionaries and mission fields, offering practical assistance while transforming the lives of mission helpers through firsthand experience.
Project 938: The Power of Prayer
Understanding that prayer undergirds all successful mission work, weekly prayer meetings focus on world evangelization, missionaries, and mission projects, creating a spiritual foundation for their work.
Educational Outreach
Through mission awareness and advocacy programs in secondary and tertiary schools, Mission Titus is inspiring the next generation to consider their role in global missions.
Professional Development
The RESET workshops and Ministry and Mission in Diaspora (MMiD) summits equip Christian professionals with the tools they need to integrate ministry and mission into their careers, whether at home or abroad.
Leadership Development
The annual Lambano Conference serves as a cornerstone event for raising and strengthening future mission leaders, creating a pipeline of equipped and passionate individuals ready to serve.
Looking to the Future
As Mission Titus continues to grow, they remain focused on their core mission: mobilizing and equipping mission helpers through short-term mission trips, advocacy, training, prayer, and discipleship initiatives. Their work supports God’s mission, missionaries, and world evangelization in practical and meaningful ways.
For Christians seeking to engage in cross-cultural missions – whether they’re professionals, students, or simply individuals feeling called to serve – Mission Titus provides a pathway to meaningful involvement in global ministry. They bridge the gap between the desire to serve and the opportunity to make a difference, creating a new generation of mission helpers ready to bring in the final harvest.
Join Mission Titus in their journey to mobilize mission helpers for the global harvest. Together, we can support God’s mission and make a lasting impact in communities around the world.
